I get where you’re coming from, I really do.


As the loving and devoted women, mother, wife, grandmother that you are, you’ve spent a lot of time focusing on your family’s health and well-being and making sure their needs are met.


And because of that, you’ve always put your health & well-being last -- or sometimes not at all.


But first. Let’s be REAL honest here.


When you have so many people in your life who depend on you, you cannot afford for your health to give out.


Your life matters. Your health matters. Your well-being matters. You matter.

I’m Rosalind Brooks and I work with women of color, like you, who want to feel better, look good, and, finally get the results you’ve been yearning for.

From a little girl’s dream of becoming a dietician to a grown woman’s vision to be the compass for Black women along their restorative health journeys, I know I have been clearly called to do this work. After simultaneously juggling my career as an elementary school teacher and running a nutrition and wellness ministry through church for almost a decade, I felt a pull on my spirit to pursue a dream of building a homeless shelter.

And then in 2010, I had a donated piece of land and a plan. But God had a different one. As doors closed at every turn, I found myself farther from building a shelter, and closer to planting the roots of my destiny. While I patiently waited for God to guide me, I decided to put the land to good use and begin a loving relationship with mother earth. And even though I have never planted a darn thing in my life, I knew I was exactly where I was supposed to be.

Fast forward to today, Vegas Roots, the first urban community garden along with the first mobile farmer’s market in the city of Las Vegas, serves over two thousand people per year from its soil. From here, I began connecting with women who were battling weight gain and a myriad of different health concerns and I knew I had to step up and make a difference. As word spread of my teachings, hundreds of women began to flock to the garden for vegan cooking demos, guided grocery shopping and ready to receive my infamous daily health hacks.

My approach to health & wellness is to encourage, teach and inspire women of color to heal their bodies naturally through healthy living, healthy eating and self-care and to pass this knowledge down to the next generation.

    A healthy lifestyle is more than eating and exercise. I want to help you to love yourself fully, feel good about your body, manage your stress, nourish your mental and emotional growth and live your best life ever.

    I don’t want you to feel alone in your journey. Be amongst women who have or are going through the same struggles and can support you, encourage you, and cheer you on along the way.

    You have had these dreams and goals for far too long and I want to move you away from that place of discouragement and defeat to a place of victory, celebration, and freedom.

Here’s how the Wellness University works:

Every month, we’ll focus on a different topic related to living your most fulfilling, healthy life. Every 1st Sunday of the month, you’ll receive a meal plan via email. We will then come together on the 2nd Sunday for a LIVE group call to discuss the meal plan and address any other questions you may have about meeting your goals.

On the 3rd Sunday of every month, you’ll get a relevant video training with downloadable handouts and worksheets via email. We will meet for a LIVE group call again on the 4th Sunday of the month to hold each other accountable and ensure you have clarity around your next best steps.

Every quarter, we will perform body-transforming detoxes and cleanses. Plus, we’ll engage in fun, interactive challenges. We’ll keep each other accountable every single day in our private Facebook Community. Plus, we’ll even bring in guest health experts from time to time.
